We try to select and package the products as well as possible to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if a product arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate.
Please contact us by email (email@example.com) to inform us of your wish to return the product. We offer a 30 day ‘no quibble’ returns policy from the date you received your item but it is helpful to understand the nature of any problem before the item is returned.
Then, simply package up your unwanted item, affix the included returns label to the outside of the parcel and take to your local Post Office.
You will be responsible for the returned Products until they reach us.
Once received back at our warehouse we will test the item. If it's deemed to be faulty we will refund your full order including original postage fee within 10 working days.
This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
