Delivery and Worldwide Shipping
Can you deliver to a different address than my billing address?
We can deliver to alternate addresses other than your billing address. This could be your work address or the address of your family or friends.
How long will my order take to arrive?
For UK orders, Economy delivery takes 3-5 days, Standard delivery takes 1-3 days or you can use our Next Day services.
If you use International Signed For the Royal Mail’s target time is 3-5 working days to Western Europe, 5-7 working days to Eastern Europe and 7-10 working days for the rest of the world.
Do you ship internationally?
While we would like to send our fantastic items around the world there are a few countries we don't ship to, including: Turkey, Russia, Brazil. Everyone else we can ship to!
Can I pick up my order?
At this time our inventory is stored at our distribution centre which isn't set up for meeting and greeting customers. However, with free delivery and next day delivery options it shouldn't cost you lots or be long before your items are with you.
Returns and Faulty Products
What is your returns policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item or items to us in their original condition complete with labels within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 01295 267439 if in doubt.
What do I do if I want to cancel my order?
If you decide that you need to cancel your order, please call our customer service team on 01295 267 439 or email@example.com. If the items haven't been despatched we can fully refund your order.

Can I keep items in my bag for me to buy later?
Sadly at this time adding an item to your bag does not make it unavailable to other customers. To ensure you receive the item you will need to complete the checkout process. Also, if you leave The Fowndry we will not store your checkout for another time. \
Payments and Security
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit / credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Maestro) as well as PayPal.
How do I know your site is secure?
The Fowndry has signed up with Sage Pay Secure Payment Gateway. Sage Pay is a Level 1 service provider.
All transaction information passed between The Fowndry and Sage Pay’s systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent from Sage Pay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing you pass to The Fowndry's servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
Once on Sage Pay's systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data Sage Pay hold is extremely secure and we are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.
Who do I contact about corporate and wholesale orders?

Can I use more than one discount code?
At this time you can only use one discount code per order. This is because we promote our company with different codes and cannot afford to offer sales with multiple codes. Personal preference and the size of your basket determines which code would work best for the individual. We have tried to cater for our customer's requirements.
