Orders are despatched via Royal Mail, ParcelForce 24/48, DHL/Deutsche Post or FedEx depending on weight or value of the basket
Economy Shipping is sent via an untracked service. If you wish to track your order, please select the Registered Shipping service.
The Service we currently offer, enables orders to be tracked to the destination country, then where available via the local postal service. Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to fully track orders in every country,
We aim to offer an 'Express' delivery option that is fully trackable in the very near future=.
All orders are shipped from our headquarters in the UK. You will therefore be responsible for any import duties which may be applied to orders shipped outside the EU.
Delivery outside the UK
International shipping is calculated on the weight, size and value of your order, so it can vary depending on what products you have purchased. We constantly review pricing and shipping options with our international couriers, to ensure your delivery is both safe and affordable.
The simplest way to see your delivery options is to head through to the checkout and enter your delivery address; we’ll automatically show you the best available options.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery times will vary depending on your selected shipping method. If you're not sure, just check your order confirmation email, as it will contain all the information you need. If you don't receive an email confirming your order, please check your spam folder as it may have been intercepted.

UK Royal Mail:
Most deliveries usually arrive within 1-3 working days (1st Class) or 3-5 working days (2nd Class) after dispatch; however, we cannot investigate a potentially missing delivery until 7 working days after the scheduled delivery window.
If you have neither received your order nor a ‘Failed Delivery’ card from Royal Mail in that time, we suggest you check with neighbours (if appropriate) and contact your local sorting office, to see if they are holding your parcel before contacting us.

UK Mail Special Delivery:
UK ‘Next Day’ deliveries will be delivered before 6pm on the next working day after dispatch. Orders are dispatched via either Royal Mail or ParcelForce depending on the weight of the item.
You can track your order online at www.royalmail.com or www.parcelforce.com using the tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email. If you don’t have your tracking number, are unhappy with the information provided or believe Royal Mail have let you down, then please contact us and we will investigate this for you.
European Airmail parcels usually arrive within 5-10 working days, however please wait until 10 working days after the scheduled delivery window has passed before contacting us.
Non-European Airmail parcels usually arrive within 10-15 working days but please allow 15 working days after the scheduled delivery window has passed before contacting us. Despite best intentions and endeavours, sometimes orders do get delayed en route to their destination.
NB: At times of high volumes in the postal system (i.e. Christmas), these estimated delivery times are likely to stretch, sometimes considerably and particularly for international deliveries. Please bear this in mind when placing your order during these busy periods.
How do I cancel my order?
We all make mistakes, not to worry. Just get in touch with our us as soon as you can. We strive to despatch orders as quickly as possible, so the clock’s ticking! (Mind you, if it does get despatched, just send it back for a refund).
Just give us a call or drop us an email and we’ll have a return sorted ASAP, whether it’s for a refund or a replacement. Simple as that.
Returns and Refunds
We won’t make you jump through hoops… unless you want to. Here is all the information you need to return a product to us.
Unwanted Products - 30 Day 'No Quibble' Guarantee
We believe that you will be absolutely delighted with your product but just in case you’re not, we offer a 30 day ‘no quibble guarantee’. If you are unhappy with an item after you receive it for whatever reason or if you simply change your mind, just return it to us within 30 days. All we ask is that you include the despatch note, that the item has not been used and is in its original packaging with all the components and we will happily refund the price you paid for that product, including shipping.
We will try to attend to all returned orders as soon as soon as possible. Once we have inspected the item and are satisfied that it has been returned in a re-saleable condition, we will make the refund directly to the credit/charge card used to place the original order, within 10 working days.
Faulty / Damaged Products
We do our best to ensure that products and packaging reach their destination in excellent condition. However, if an item arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate. Please contact us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to inform us of your wish to return the product as it is helpful to understand the nature of any problem before the item is returned. Once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it is damaged or defective, we will make the refund (including delivery) directly to the credit/charge card used to place the original order, within 10 working days.
Other Important Information
You will be responsible for the returned product(s) until they reach us.
Certain products and services are excluded from this returns policy, including food/perishable items, personalised products or those made to order. These items cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty. Products excluded such as these are clearly marked on the product information page.
Please note that we cannot accept returns in person at our office address.These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Where / How to Return Goods
If you live in the UK, the great news is that it is FREE to return your unwanted or faulty item. Just pack up your order along with the original documentation, add a note stating whether you’d like a refund or replacement and then simply attach the ‘Freepost Returns’ label that is on the dispatch note and drop the package off at your local post office.
